Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping (if applicable): 2–5 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

 

 

Incorrect Address:

 

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

 

West Coast Collection by Bravo is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

 

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local carrier

  3. Email us for assistance

While we will help whenever possible, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
